Okay, so my husband and I are trying to concieve, and I though I ovulated 2 weeks ago from today ( saturday), so we BD'd ALOT during that time. Theft By Deception Charge?

I am very confused with all this. A sheriff served me with 7 papers for bad checks a couple days ago. I had no clue what they were for bc I haven' t had a bank acct in years. I got to looking, and it was from 2004! Yes, they were my checks, I'm not denying that. There were 7 of them, all very small ($30) but 2 were around $100. I couldn't believe it bc this was the first time I had heard of this. The papers showed that they had only tried to contact me at the address on the checks one time, and I had moved probably one month after the checks were written. I have always given a change of address everytime I have moved so I don't understand why I never recieved anything. They were all to Wal- Mart, and I don't know if I had misbalanced my check book or what. They were spread out over 2 weeks. Now I have to go to court over this and I am freaking out. What can I do? I have no issues with paying these bc they are my debt and I do owe it obviously. I mean, how am I supposed to get a job with 7 counts of theft by deception on my record? I never meant to decieve anyone! My big problem is that I have a charge from 2005 for stealing a bottle of shampoo from wal mart ( I did things in my past when I was younger that I am not proud of and have paid my debt to society) Then when my sister, who was a minor at the time decided to steal a bunch of crap from a store, I got charged with complicity bc I was there with her! Even after the cops tol dthe store that they could not charge me bc they had no evidence that i did anything bc i wasn't even with her in the store! she got nothing and i got 10 days bc the prosecutor said I was guilty bc of the charge from 2005. How about that? he looked at me and said bc of a previous charge, youre guilty! exact words! so now i'm like great. theyre going to lock me up again. i have been trying to put distance between myself and my past, and its been 2 years. i have a home and a family now. i'm so scared that they will throw me in jail and i'm 3 mnths pregnant. like i said, i am more than willing to resolve this but i'm afriad theyll lock me up bc i have a record.

Help! I just adopted a Finch !?

Today my sisters 7 year old kids went to the petshop and brought a finch and my sister wasn't expecting it, her cat tried to eat it and it was in a box for about an hour. I went to her house and firmly stated it shouldn't be living in that enviroment, so she let me take it home. Good thing I had a spare cage! I have a lot of experience with birds as I've owned my 2 ateils for a while now, but I have never dealt with finches. It was quite stressed for a couple of hours but now it's feeding and seems quite relaxed. I have heard that finches need the company of another finch or canary ? I put it in my spare cage as they feel intimidated/scared of birds bigger than them, so putting them in the cage with my teils is a big no no. Should I buy another finch to keep her company ?.

There's a new mall opening in Indonesia and there's an shop there (I couldn't tell you the name, because it might be considered as badmouthing, but this is a true story) There's a midnight sale too there. So my family decided to split up, I went to the pets part, and they sold some fish. One of the tanks are full of sick comets/oranda with ick, anchor worms, fish lice and there's even one with cut gill covers. Even in the oranda tank (not with comets) they leave a dead oranda floating around. And they also sell neon tetras, but they said it's a cardinal and they sell it with a price of Rp 12.200 (US$ 1.2 but in my country that's four times more expensive than a neon tetra's normal price). This is going to be long. I didn't get any closure after breakup and still it's clouded over my head, so maybe someone will help me to understand why we broke up and what they think about the whole relationship. We met through one of his friends in the club. He danced with my friend and me, we exchanged numbers, later found out he also took my girlfriends number. He didn't call him, when i asked why he said because i went on a couple of dates with his friend before i knew him. So i let this all go. Then he came back. Trailer wiring problem checked/replaced almost everything?

well to start off i havea 6x9 john deere trailer or somthing like that, its a lil older like 10 year and not sure how old the wire is but i pluged it in and i didnt see the lights working so i replaced all the wireing on the trailer and sanded down the ground to bear steel the bolt i sanded and much as i could but didnt get all of it but it still smashed on the bear steel, and its grounded by where you link up, well the old factory lights that are mounted in the fram i took off the lenses and they were bearly lighting up and only doin it when the turn signals or brake were on not when just my lights were on so i replaced the lights, one worked with turn signals and brake so i was liek w.e that shall work for now hooked the other light in and nothing was working and the park in my car has lil lights on it to show it working and they blink the u have turn signals on for what side and one that turn on when ur lights are on and it all seems to be working and i have a good tester not the one with just a bulb but one that give reading and stuff im not sure what setting i had it one but when i checked the ground (place the black where i have my ground wire and and red on a trailer power it read 0.75 and when i tested the power and ground to the lights i got 0.75 when brakes where pushed and it would go from0.00 to 0.75 and back to zero when the blinkers were on, and i tested the lights on my car battery they light up and everything just fine and arnt dim so what could be the problem i pretty much did everything and seem like everythings workin fine but nothing is happening

I can't see why you can't boot from cd and start again and do a fresh install, with reformat? IT's unfortunate but it happens. Turn off the system and try again, that all you can do. I used limewire last night, and I tired to use it today. It won't connect. It says i'm behind a firewall. I'm having a hard time coming to terms with whether or not the occasional fried food from a restaurant would have any animal trace...that's the same vat they fry chicken in. Also, like at Subway when I'm getting my veggie sub, I know that the gloves have touched the salami and the salami touched the lettuce. I'm newish at this (almost a year) and always wonder if there are other people that think about those things...I'm at the point where I wouldn't touch meat saran wrapped at the store or hardly even want to put my food on the conveyor belt for fear of blood and salmonella. Of course, I normally cook for myself, but sometimes I like to eat out and wonder if my 'burger' is being cooked on top of someone else's steak residue. Cat introductions - making a duo a trio?

I have recently come across a cat at the humane society that is putting me in a complicated situation. This cat is so sweet, so people friendly and she reminds me so much of a past cat. She looks identical to the two cats i have now that they could be triplet sisters. So here is the problem that concerns me. My cats are super friendly cats, they are sisters from the same litter, and are very pive and people friendly as well. Am i going to have problems with 3 female cats in the house? I hear that females dont always get along with other females, but that it also depends largely on the cats personality. I babysat a friends male cat once and they could have cared less about him (he kinda had a stick up his ). But this whole female to female thing worries me a bit? This is for an experiment and not for a practical batch, but we took 100 mL of used oil and 40 mL of ethanol (specifically it was distilled everclear). We took off the top layer which we were pretty sure was bio diesel but now we're not so sure. We got about 25 mL of good, filtered "bio diesel". We added 5 mL of water on our professor's instructions. He said it was to get out any remaining fats or something like that, and we just had to wait 5-30 min. It's now frustrating when he tells us he didn't really know what he was talking about because nothing separated. Any guidance? Should we let it separate longer? Should we remove the water somehow? Could we heat it out? Is it still good (if untested) biodiesel? There is very small solid particles at the bottom if that helps. by the way, we have 5 samples so we're welcome to try some things.

Experiences with car lease expiring or return from Fifth Third Bank?

My lease will expire on my 2003 Mitsubishi Montero Sport in Jan 2009. I am already getting letters from them asking me if I want to buy it but given current gas prices I will not do unless car is at steep discount. Car has been well maintianed. Looks very nice but has a few flaws. I know some of these Banks can be Hitleresque over what is or what is not normal wear & tear. Ok there's this guy that I've been talking to for about a month or a little more now. I'm starting to really like him. He just got out of a relationship about a year ago that he was in for 5 or 6 years, and he got screwed over so many times.
