I have a boyfriend but i cant trust him?

ok this is whats going on. ive been in alot of relationships and had some here and there ones where it was just whatever. my last relationship was on and off for 2 years. guys always hurt me. i would stay faithful to all of them even if i wasnt really into them as much. i currently have a bf. we been together for 3 mnths. and hes the perfect guy but i keep doubting him. i just have trust issues. i dont know why. i even been hurt by my own family. its destroying me. my bf hasnt called me for a day now. thats what happened with my ex and that day turned into weeks. i told all of my bfs if there going to play around just to end it. so i woodnt be waisitng my time anymore. what should i do... my trust issues are bad. if i let my guard down and get hurt, i know ill move on but sometimes at that moment its painfull
