ARES Doesnot work!?

In my computer ARES doesnot work. I have installed, but it doesnot work so i uninstalled and reinstalled but it doesn't work. It always shows CONNECTING, I m a user of Cable internet. If I search anything then SEARCHING is shown. I have installed from 1 user (admin) and deleted user and started from another user. But it doesn't work. But once time Ares has worked. After that I have formated my pc after that it never worked. I have installed older versions as well as earlier version of ARES. Any body can help me plz.
