Is this the new facebook layout?

It has 3 underlined 0's underneath each other then a really old looking search bar below this are four bullet points, home, profile, the next one is blank and underneath the blank bullet point is account, then underneath that are six bullet points, my profile picture, which isn't there, instead there's a small folder shaped thing with different coloured shapes inside it, and my name on the right side of this, below is edit friends, account settings, privacy settings, help centre, and logout in a grey box. Below this, is 'Facebook 2010 C.English (UK) below this in a row is about-advertising-developers-careers-pri… The rest of the screen is blank, absolutely nothing. No message bar, no walls, nothing, what has happened to my modern looking standard facebook homepage layout, please help and tell me if this happens to you by logging into facebook yourselves before answering this question.
