I am terrified of Roller Coasters?

i am 13 and i hav a fear of roller coaster and im going to alton towers going on 13 and air and upside down coasters if im doing it you can and trust me i don't want to do i want to get over my fear but i do feel really scared. once i started to cry on a coaster so just do it.
