How many calories would be in Olive Gardens spaghetti (with Italian sasuage) and a bowl of Zuppa Toscana?

I am trying really hard to lose weight. Mostly doing a good job...until Mom suggested going to Olive Garden. I really love pasta and normally I eat 2 - 3 bowls of Zuppa and half a portion of Fetticine Alfredo which is waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too fattening. Now I want to know how many calories would be in the spaghetti and ONE bowl of soup (i hear that spaghetti sn't as fattening)
