Need help with "The Catcher in the Rye!”?

Holden wants to help people in society by keeping them away from danger in society. He visits Mr & Mrs. Antolini because he did not want his parents finding out he was kicked out of school, once again. This book is psychological and makes you think things over and is very ironic. There are many examples in the book like when he tells you (the reader) that he's a liar, but then again we(the readers) believe all the stories he's telling. Hope I helped in some way. Good luck.
