If Jesus of Nazareth was a real guy then why is his life so similar to Horus?

*sigh* The concept of the Son of God born of a virgin and performing miracles and dying an excruciating death and resurrect is common throughout all cultures. Jesus as a human was real but I seriously doubt that his life was that exaggerated story! I bet he just had some healing abilities and maybe helped others but not a God!
