Who is the fourth person on Call of Duty: Black OPs Zombie mode?

I just got the game last night. I know when you play Zombie Mode in multiplayer in what I believe is either the white house or the pentagon their are 4 people. I have identified Richard Nixon, John F Kennedy, and Fidel Castro but I am clueless on who the other guy is.
