Does a video get pushed up to your facebook news feed every time you make a change to the descirption?

sometimes I add edits to the description, even typo kind of edits, and I wondered if everytime I make a change tot eh description and save it, would the video, already pushed out, would get re-pushed - both to the news feed and to the people tagged in the video.
