Are Lebanese racist against Pakistanis?

its no secret that Lebanon is generally racist.. they discriminate against darker skinned blacks and Asians all the time. But if I were to go to Lebanon, would people be racist. I am Pakistani, ( my skin is around a light brownish/tan color...not that it means anything ) please give me the most honest answer, i wont get offended.
