Bellyon Piercing Question?

Last week I made a bet with my mom. She has been chewing nicotiene gum (ment to stop smoking) even though she never did smoke. She just chews the gum, a lot! She has like a pack a week, for months. I bet her that if she doesnt quit in 10 days then she has to let my get my belly on pierced. There is only 4 more days until the bet is over and she hasnt quit yet! Does it hurt to get it pierced? Am i too fat to get one (5 foot 4 140 lbs) ? was anyone else nervous? My best friend got one, and she said she was sooo scared!!
