Should I buy Brink or inFamous 2?

I've been planning to buy a new game and i need a break from COD. im deciding between Brink and inFamous 2.Brink looks like a good choice but i heard it has bad scores or it has lots of problems like lag, graphic issues,and repetitive game play. Do people even still play brink on ps3?. Or is inFamous 2 a better choice. please tell the pro's and con's of both games. thanks.
