How to keep my hair straight through the day?

my hair is thin and very curly. i straighten it every day,i use heat protector as well. Hairspray insnt really holding it so can i use any of these to keep it down: chi shine serum, biosilk gel, garnier fructice shine spray.. which one of those (or combined) will help keep my hair straight?
