Conservatives - what is Dr. Ron Paul's position on this NYC Mosque?

He is way more of a libertarian than a republican. As such and from what I know about him. He would probably say that it is New Yorks issue, and that being said, it shouldn't affect New Yorkers in any way; and the Muslims that own the property have the right to use it as they will as long as it doesn't infringe on the rights of anyone else.
