Can someone pleaseee help me?!?

I woke up yesterday morning with this unbearable chest cold. It hurts to breathe, my shoulders and neck are really weak. I can't move fast. Every time I swallow, my ears just ache. I get this sudden shock of pain in my chest occasionally, and it's just unbearable. My mom thinks it could be bronchitis, and my friend said there's a possibility it's pneumonia. I haven't eaten that much, it feels like my body won't let me eat. I'm drinking Sprite right now, but it hurts really bad. I haven't yet gone to the doctor's. I'm really scared, it hurts so bad. I'm only thirteen, please help?
