Help me please! How can I get out of a horrible ,30k, debt problem? Is bankruptcy a good idea? ?

I am in a terrible place and really need help. I am 33 years old, currently self employed and making very little profit. my debt- I have about 10 k in student loans. 16 k on one credit card-my mom co-signed and now its maxed and is affecting her credit, 5k in various other bills past due, owe people money, etc. i own my own (very) small business, its barely making rent at the moment. i just totalled my car, no payments left on it, and my other has no value really. i own a small rv, a small boat, and nothing else worth money. I have 2 college undergrad degrees, im not an idiot but im horrible at managing money. if i declare bankruptcy will it affect my mom as co signer? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!
