The tip of my hurts like someone stuck a needle or paperclip down the "piss-hole"?

this hasnt happened before... her eis what happened: this morning, i woke up and mastrubated like normal. abut 15 minutes later, i got up and urinated. near the end of urination, the inside of my started hurting, just on the tip. not it feels hot, nd lie someone stuck a paperclip down it. i dont think its a kidney stone(km 14, but my family has a kidney stone history). should i do anything? thanks, -Steezy
