Falcons Player-- ((Zac Derr)) NFL?

My fiance has the same last name by birth.. and has a complete resemblance to the NFL player. I was wondering if anyone knew his parents name or any family names? My fiance Jason is 2 and a half years younger and has the same body chemistry. Jason's father was adopted into the family and now deceased-- If anyone knows ANY information to help me please please let me know.. its something that has been bugging me =]
